Cancellation Policy 2026

We respectfully request at least 48 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

Office Appointments

A $50 fee will apply for cancellations made less than 48 hours in advance if the appointment is not rescheduled within 48 hours.

ASC Procedures

A $250 fee will apply for procedures canceled less than 48 hours in advance or failure to appear.

ASC Surgery Procedures

A $500 fee will apply for cancellations made less than 48 hours in advance or failure to appear for scheduled ASC surgical procedures, including MonaLisa Touch, cystoscopy, D&C, colposcopy, vulvectomy, and other ASC surgeries.

Credit Card on File

A valid credit card is required to schedule appointments. By scheduling, you authorize us to charge applicable cancellation, no-show, or outstanding balance fees in accordance with this policy and Florida law.

Exceptions

Fees may be waived or reduced in cases of documented medical emergencies or circumstances beyond the patient’s control, at the provider’s discretion.

Payment Terms

Cancellation fees must be paid prior to scheduling future appointments or procedures. Verified overpayments will be refunded in accordance with Florida law.
